Add Email Subscription Form To Chrono Forms

I would like to know how to create an email subscription form with "name" field and "email" field and a submit button. I did the downloadable tutorials but I still can't seem to get the form to actually send the information to an email. I'm not sure if it is something with my settings or what. Any help? Maybe even a step by step?

The email tutorial does take you through that process step by step. I'm not sure what else you need.

It's impossible to tell which of your settings are right or wrong without seeing them :-(
