Need to see some Item in Database

Sorry my english is not good!
I have a big problem here, maybe you can help me, I have this form http://www.vistamarhotel.com/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=reservaciones&Itemid=50&lang=es, some clients makes reservation, but I forgot to placed in the email design, the email Address item , so the administrator can't see the email for the person who maked the reservation, I assume that this email item is stored on a database?. Well I go to the Tables Manager, and chose my table and try to see the records but all that I see is

ipaddrees
cf_user_id
cf_id
recordtime
uid

How can I see the form item?😟

Looks like you forgot to add the form fields in Create Table too :-(

I guess that why we try to test forms a bit.

mmm ! let me see, I select the form, and went to "create table", and I save the table with the name "jos_chronoforms_reservaciones". The table exists but I can't see the records, or I forgot something else?

I did this step when I created my form, but I can´t see the records, please exists another way?

Yes, but you didn't select the fields - the selected bars are **green** with an 'x' icon.
