I made a form ChronoForms on my page is froms. After you complete the form and submit gives me the following error appears:

There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management

The form is public but do not know how to solve the problem with url.
You kid of a tutorial how to create a form with this component "ChronoForms"

Have you tried checking whether the form is published or not?
Go to the form manager where you view all the forms you have created. On the right hand side, in your forms row there should be a column called "Publish". If this is a red cross then it is not published and trying to view the form will give you the error you described. Try clicking on it to publish and then clicking the URL to view.
