Is it possible to make the email sent when the form is submited to send only the message body and nothing else. I am trying to send it to a phone as an SMS and all the extra information is leaving no room for the actual message.

Edit the email template.

Maybe it could be possible as long as the person whom you are sending uses a mobile phone. It is to be able to receive the message from an email as text. But, you should create first a new email template for sending an email to the mobile.
