i am having a table.In that i want to delete the selected row by clicking the appropriate radio button,for this i have written javascript code on the javascript body.my form name is Ads. I am sending the chronoform page and javascript file as zipped .
can any one help me what is there wrong in it.

I'm not clear what this has to do with ChronoForms. Looks as though a PHP or JavaScript support forum might be more useful to you.
I've just taken quite a long time to look through your code and I spotted a few glitches: line 47 has $id="$my->id"; which I think is wrong; there's no 'global $my' declaration either which may be needed.
The form heading shows up OK for me but without the database table the rest is blank so I can't test any further.
