I have a second site on the same server with identical config and it works fine. Plugin is there, latest version, form has been rebuilt with latest version as had same prob with 07/09 version (sorry not sure what release). Hair tearing out baffled...

Only other oddity, might/might not be related, is tooltips also don't seem to work.

I have tried creating the most basic of forms as a test and same issue. Any hints or clues would be most appreciated! Debug is currently on to facilitate testing but will be off by tomorrow evening (Tuesday)

I'm not quite sure what you mean by email verification? Is this the plugin - or are you talking about the form validation? The validation is broken because the stock-ticker module is loading a second copy of MooTools (the form without the template validates OK.
