I have installed Chronoforms on several sites successfully but all of a sudden I am having a problem. I have enabled e-mail under the general setup tab for my "contactus" form as well as within the form wizard. I have attached the debug image. I am having success with my other sites but not sure what i am doing wrong on this one. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi donaldmoore,
Please try setting the From email as admin@dnatotalprofile.com - it may be that the domain mismatch is causing them to be blocked.

Bob,
Thank you for your quick response and that solved the problem. So, for future reference, the FromEmail field should have as its domain the domain name of the site from which the e-mail is coming from? Thank you again.

Hi Don,
Hmmm 'probably' is the best answer I can give. It will certainly do no harm. Whether it's required depends on your ISP - an increasing number use this as a part of their spam check and will drop or mark as spam any emails where the from email domain and site domain no not match.
