No Email recived

Hello,

the first thing i did was to try this help

But i have still the problem. The email adress ist set "on". The debuug shows mit this message:

   1. Form passed first SPAM check OK
   2. Form passed the submissions limit (if enabled) OK
   3. Form passed the Image verification (if enabled) OK
   4. Form passed the server side validation (if enabled) OK
   5. $_POST Array: Array ( [name] => sdfs [vorname] => sdfsfd [strasse] => sdfdsfsdsd [ort] => sdfsdfsf [telefon] => sdfsdf [email] => sdsdfsd@dwer.ch [team] => Team 1 [bemerkungen] => wedwewef [radio0] => Telefon [button_18] => Submit [2068219de984940295761df77fda1d6c] => 1 [1cf1] => 41c533c822e591ee6ec90f68a3a5ad4d [chronoformname] => form1 )
   6. $_FILES Array: Array ( )
   7. Form passed the plugins step (if enabled) OK


I realy hope that someone can help me.

Hi strubel,

It looks as though emails aren't enabled - please check the email tutorial from the Tutorials button above.

Thx GreyHead,

unfortunately this wasn the solution. The field was allready green but i did the tutorial. No the system shows the same thing:

Emails:
Enabled:1
Disabled:0

I dont know wy it doesnt works. I want to buy it for one of ouer client, so it should work. :?

Hi strubel,

That's good, but the Email isn't showing up in the debug report you posted which is odd.

If the form is on-line and it's Ok with you, please PM or email me a SuperAdmin login and I'll take a quick look.
