No attachment when comfirmation enabled

I made a form to sent an email to certain groups. The form is working perfect when the confirmation plugin is disabled. The groups receive the email with attachment if included. The attachment is uploaded in the form.

The confirmation page works also perfectly: all data is displayed, even the name of the attachment. But when I click send on the corfirmation page the email is sent but without attachment. On the corfirmation page the name of the attachment shows up (used code {name_upload_field}

So I guess there is a conflict between the attachment sysyem and the confirmation plugin.
