Validation not Working in FF or Chrome : IE 7 & 8 OK

Hi;

The following form

http://www.gtechmedia.net/~pacs/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1&Itemid=2

only validates in IE. I have tried everything I can think of .. if anyone can tell at a glance whats wrong , help would be appreciated.

Hi Frank,

Please try adding name='submit' to the submit input.

<input type="submit" value="Submit" name="submit"/>

Hi Frank,

Next add 'type' attributes to the <input . . .> tags. It's really not very good html :-(
