Form on every page- chronoform module

Hi, I have a chronoform on every page of my website using the module (which is terrific!)

Is there a way to have the form email me when you click submit with both the form information plus the page it originated from?

The good news is that the answer is 'Yes' the bad news is that I don't remember how. Max answered this somewhere here a while ago.

I guess that you could grab the page title or the url and put them into a hidden field?
