Form for Backend Only?

I'm still somewhat new to Joomla so I apologize in advance is if this is a simple one but I didn't see an obvious answer in this forum.

I'd like to create a form that is accessed from the Back-end Joomla Administrator only. We do not have/want a public log in on our Joomla site so there isn't an obvious front-end login page, just the administrator log-in. But I want to have a form that is only accessible by administrators of the site and something I could add as a link on the Back-end Control Panel. Is this possible?

Hmm, I don't know if it's possible to get a ChronoForm to show in the back-end, I've never tried.

If I have to provide limited Admin access to a Chronoform I usually hide the login somewhere - like in the footer of the 'legal' page and make the form visible to Admins only (anyone else gets redirected).
