I can't see the time picker on the "datetimepicker", only the calendar allowing the user to choose the date only..is the time picker somewhere there?

There is no time picker on the calendar that Max has implemeted in ChronoForms. There is on the Joomla defautl calendar (though nto a terrribly good one). You'll find several threads in the forums here.
