I have this module active and I have set 10 latest comments to show up. And its showing the first 10 comments, which were made on the site and now, its 45 comments, but its still showing the old first 10 comments only.

Under Parameters, is your order set to Ascending or Descending? It should be Descending. Works fine on my site.

In your Joomla backend >> Extensions >> Module Manager >> ChronoComments Module >> Module Parameters.
