Chrono contact module and plugin error

alita 09 Sep, 2009
Hi,

I have tried using the chrono contact module and plugin and I get this error:

Warning: require_once(/home/fhlinux131/m/markdarlington.co.uk/user/htdocs/components/com_chronocontact/libraries/chronoform.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/fhlinux131/m/markdarlington.co.uk/user/htdocs/modules/mod_chronocontact/helper.php on line 6

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/fhlinux131/m/markdarlington.co.uk/user/htdocs/components/com_chronocontact/libraries/chronoform.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear-php5') in /home/fhlinux131/m/markdarlington.co.uk/user/htdocs/modules/mod_chronocontact/helper.php on line 6

I have used both the codes {chronocontact}form_name{/chronocontact} as well as {loadposition module} both give me the same error.

I would really appreciate all the help.

Hi alita and tengoku,

Please check that this file exists in your installation - it does in mine

components/com_chronocontact/libraries/chronoform.php

If it isn't there which versions of ChronoForms and the Module/Plugin are you using?

Hi Bob,

I'm glad to see you again. Thank you for your prompt response.

I do not see this in the installation folder after I unzipped it and I do not see it also in the components/com_chronocontact folder, there is no library folder at all.

Chrono contact component is v3.1 rc3
mod_chronocontact_V3.1_RC5.2
ChronoForms_Plugin_V3.1_RC5.2

I hope this helps.

Hi alita,

Your ChronoForms component needs to be at least up to release v31.RC5.2 to work with the corresponding Module & Component.

IIRC it's a simple upgrade to go from RC3 to teh current release but please check on the Download page.
