Error Message After Submit

I am using Joomla 1.5 and the latest version of Chronoforms. After users click submit, they are redirected to a page that says "LOADING FAILED::Uploads Class"

The message I have in the "After Submit" box still shows up, and the error doesn't appear to affect anything. But I just wondered if anyone had a clue what this was about. Thanks in advance.

This is a ChronoForms error message that is triggered when the File Upload code is called without using a valid form ID.

I've no idea why this should be happening for your form, I haven't seen it reported here before that I recall.
