ChronoForms V3.0 J1.5 BETA 1

How can I show form in a module? I have done all steps in instruction described in question #43 (http://www.chronoengine.com/faqs.html). But I have not plugin that will process the code {chronocontact}my_form_name{/chronocontact}. Current plugin is available (http://www.chronoengine.com/downloads/chronoforms/chronoforms-j1/112-plugin-mambot.html) ChronoForms_Plugin_V3.1_RC5.2.zip does not applicable to ChronoForms V3.0 BETA (used in my case) due to fatal PHP error on site after plagin enabling.

Where can I take plugin for ChronoForms V3.0 J1.5 BETA 1?

Both your ChronoForms and your Joomla are well out of date :-(

Please contact Max through the Contact Us form to ask for old versions of the Plugin/Mambot or the Module.
