Profile Plugin, Configuration, etc?

Hello,

I need to create a form with some of my CB fields pre-filled, I need that my registered users don't put their names and 3 more fields of my CB, I want that my form takes the values of those fields.

May I do that with the Profile Plugin? How can I do that?
