Hi,
First off, this extension just opened up whole new possibilities for me in Joomla! Thank you :-)
Using sample code available in the forums, I have managed to create a form, connect to the database and store records. Managed to also show existing records at the front-end. However, on clicking the "Edit record" link, I just see the blank form - the data is not filled in.
How do I do it? Does it need specific coding?? If yes, please please could a sample code be shared? I'm good with PHP at all - and pointers / suggestions would greatly help.
thanks in advance

Hi devi,
Where are you cliking on an Edit Record link - that's not clear to me. Is this in the ChronoForms admin or in a ChronoConnectivity list?

Hi devi,
I think it's broken - I just add a direct link to the Chronoform and pass the record id in the URL.

Hi devi,
No - it's ChronoConnectivity that doesn't handle the links correctly. Reinstalling won't help - at least I don't think it will

hey GreyHead, has been this issue already fixed? Bc I think I got the latest version of chronoConnectivity and I'm still having the same problem.
In case this hasn't been fixed yet, could you explain a little further what you posted before: "I think it's broken - I just add a direct link to the Chronoform and pass the record id in the URL."
How do you do that for each record?
Thanks in advance

Hi juanrb,
If you are using ChronoConnectivity v4 then it's a major re-write and as far as I know the bug no longer exists. This thread is from three years ago and refers to a much older version of CC.
