Chrono Connection in Form?

I was wondering if there was a way or a "least bad" way to place a Chrono Connection into a form so that a user is able to see information that is relevant to the entry of their current data.

I didn't know if there was something like {chronocontact}form_name{/chronocontact} for connectivity that I wasn't aware of, or if there is not, what the best way to output the list. (If I have to I can write all the logic myself in PHP and MySQL but I was hoping there would be an easier/cleaner route.)

The simplest answer would just be to use a db query in the CF Form HTML and put the output in a table - but I suspect that you are wanting something more than this.
