I have a domain that has three simple contact forms that I would like to have created with ChronoForms. One is your standard contact us blah blah blah. The other two are basically two order forms but will not be using any type of payment method, everything is based off of PO and credit terms, also does not require any type of logins, just basic submition forms. If you interested please contact me right away. I would like to have up and online asap. OH, and this is a paid job.
