How do I affect the spacing between lines? I need to condense the form. My client says there is too much space between the lines, thus the form ends up being two pages where it could be just one.

Edit the form CSS - there are various ways that you can tweak it to pack the lines closer together.

Which one? calendar.css, calendar2.css, or consolidated_common.css?

I can't seem to find anything in any of those that seems to correlate.

Yes, and you 'll probably need to alter the other two atyle1 files as well for users with other browsers.
