Tooltips don't go away

Hi, thanks to this forum I got my tooltips to display on my form and my calendar to work (was a js conflict). However, now, once a tooltip is "activated" on the form it doesn't go away! You can view the form here: http://asnwonline.com/2009/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=request. I have firebug and no errors are listed. Help is appreciated. Thanks!

No problems visible here in FF3.5 They pop-up and clear correctly.

Thanks Bob! It must be a cache thing - seems to be working now. I may be back though with another post ... I'm searching the forum at the moment because my data is not posting and emails aren't going out - even though emails worked before I created the database... Please mark this one as solved. Tooltips info doesn't work. It appear the text below. But no lightbox effect. Do I need to install something extra in Joomla¿? I have a clean installation plus Chronoforms.
What appears below has this format:
Change requestor name: :: Change requestor name.
