Is this form possible with ChronoForms??

Hi guys..

I would like to do a form via Chronoforms , but not sure, if it is possible or not.. 🙄
do so sinh, do so sinh cho be, quan ao so sinh, do dung cho be, do lot, quan ao thoi trang, quan ao nu, ban buon quan ao, thoi trang cong so, vest cong so, ban buon quan ao, do lot

It's certainly possible but it's quite a big project if it's done properly i.e. as an interactive form with the sub-questions showing up only when needed.

PS It struck me looking at it that it's also a good candidate for an interactive PDF form?
