No submit nor Back button in Confirmation Page

Question

Hi,
First of all, i'm totally new into joomla and I don't know anything about coding either.

But anyway, I tried to make a form in chronoform, which also works by the way, but now I want to add a confirmation page before a person finally submits his form. It's just a form to know how to become a supporting member. Now, I managed already to get text with the filled in fields in the confirmation Page, but there is no sign of the back or submit button.
I clicked on yes for "show buttons" in the configuration, and the plugin is enabled for the specific form itsel.

They just don't appear. So basically, I have a confirmation page, with all the gathered data on it, only you can't go back nor submit anything. Consequently, the e-mails that are supposed to be sent, arent sent either.
How do you actually activate these buttons? or do you have to add code in the "confirmation page code"

(I searched for hours on this forum, but I seem to be the only one having this question?)
