How do I publish a form?

I have a form which is in an article

It says enabled 1 in

I can see the form on the website,

When I complete the form I get the following message

'There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management'

What does this mean? and how do I publish it? - I assume that 'enabled 1' means published?

I have file upload option is that an issue?

Please check that the form is published - there will be a green tick in the right hand column of the Forms Manager. If it is published then there may be a url problem - a link to the form would be helpful.

I have a licensed version of chronoforms and the latest version of joomla intalled.

I have a green tick and is says enable 1

I have tried to edit the form the comes pre-installed it seems to be closer, but I get the message indefined offse: 1

in the file com_chronocontact/libraries/chronoformuploads.php on line 84

I suspect that there is something wrong with the code in the File Uploads tab. Have you updated that to match your modified form?
