Hi, I got a weird problem:
I want to install Chronoforms (V3.1_RC5.3) on a Joomla 1.5 site on WAMP. Strangely enough I get a time out. Strange, for a few weeks ago I did the same, without a hiccup...
Where can I find instructions for a manual installation? I've been looking around, but can't find a step-by-step manual install.
Thanks for any advice,
H. Numan.

Sorry. Doesn't work either. I downloaded the latest version, use Joomla 1.53 and WAMP.
the result is after less than 30 secs a blank screen with the admin url.

Hi N.Human,
Hard to say after that . . . it could just be that 1.5.3 is pretty old, the current release ia 1.5.12 and there have been some core changes.
Could be that the Joomla installation, or the ChronoForms download are corrupt.
Could be a permissions problem - there's an RSS feed in the latest release which can cause access problems though not usually on installation.
I have seven Joomla installations running on a local network under WAMP with different versions of ChronoForms and no installation problems at all.
