Validation not working

Hi and good day,

I am trying to validate the form in the following site: http://www.handesai.co.il
Here is an image of my saved admin settings:


the validation regards the top two boxes.

I have joomla version 1.5.11
and component version 3.1 rc 5.1

I'm baffled - I don't see any errors here. Nor can I see how to debug the LiveValidation code - maybe Max can help?
