Problem opening Forms Management

Hi,

I have a problem when trying to open the Forms Management. When I try to this Firedox returns index.php and Internet Explorer gives a connection error. The rest of the options from the menu do work. I hope someone can give me a hint how to fix this.

Is this a new installation or an upgrade? And which version is it?

If it's an upgrade then sometimes clearing the browser cache will do the trick.

Ow forgot to mention that. Its a complete new installation. I have already tried refreshing but it didnt have any effect.

then make "tip of the day" disabled and save then retry!

Thanks a million times! This solved my problem. Seems like the webserver doesnt like external content.

I have the same problem, but disabling the tip of the day didn't help. I just installed the component, using joomla 1.5.13 and yootheme level.
i attached what i see when i open forms management. All other menus are OK.

Any idea?

Please try turning off yootheme level if that's an Admin theme.

Level isn't admin theme, is a frontend template, i really can't turn it off...

Viewing the html code of the problematic page, seems that a large part of html code (about 80 lines, including headers, metatags etc) is missing.

Hi, I think you have PHP4 and this is caused because of some functions used in some plugins which requires PHP5, please contact me through the "Contact us" page to get the latest installer with some updated files!
