I would like to be able to display a simple form at the top of the page. Underneath this would be everything that the users had entered in that form, for example comments. Is there an easy way to do this without using the wrapper mod?

I'm not sure if ChronoConnectivity supports plugins - if it does then you could call the form using the plugin syntax {chronocontact}form_name{/chronocontact} in the ChronoConnectivity header box.
