Using the date picker without the Form Wizard

Hello all,

I see that if I use the form wizard I can include a date picker.

I like to create my forms in Dreamweaver and then paste them into ChronoForm.

How can I take advantage of ChronoForm's date picker without using the wizard.

I will have TWO calendars in my form.

add the fields names to the "date fields names" field under the general tab!
