Email sent as spam email

hi

I have a form as here, but the email I got as spam email and MS outlook change it into Junk Email and convert it into Plain Text email.

Any support would be appriciated and thanks in advance

I was having this same problem. I don't know that there is much way to "fix" it. However I found a work around for my situation. Mine was appearing as junk and would always appear as junk because I had it setup to send from a dynamic email address. I fixed this by setting it up to come from a static email address, and setting up a dynamic reply to email address. This way I can still simply hit "reply" on the email and reply to the person who submitted the form. The first test form I submitted went to my junk folder, I simply hit the "Not Junk" button, and since then I've had no problems with it. Hope this will help you out!

I have solution for this matter.

we shoudl modify HTML code in email content - I copy a HTML code from MS Outlook and paste into email content, so that it is OK now.
