License issues

Hello,
I would like to say that this will be my second product purchase because I love how easy CF works.

But I seem to be having some issues with the license validation thing. I entered my sales/Order Number ID. Then the email and url but the 2 serials that were provided don't do anything anything when I place them in the parameters field and hit save. It just always stays red and Not Valid.

The first license was purchase pre-3.1 so i never had to generate a serial before.

I purchased the license about 20 minutes ago is there lag time or something?

Any specific license details can be discussed by contacting me through the "Contact us" page but if you have V3.1 RC5.2 then you need to enter the "license key" but not the "instant key" in the Parameters box then save then open the "validate license" page from Chronoforms menu and hit validate!
