I have my multi page form working, that is when I press the submit button on child forms it goes to the next child form. When I get to the last child form and hit the submit button I get a blank page and the record is not saved. I tried putting a submit button on the mother page but that didn't work either. All corresponding field values were entered into MYSQL by hand also. I'm using 1 table for all 7 forms. What to do what to do?

Yes it is getting saved MYSQL timed out, however when making the child forms form 1 was database enabled. I noticed on one of the post the correction had to do with the chronoform contact database but i didn't understand it, could someone explain how to do this correction so I don't have to redo the form. thx.

you said you created the table manually so you don't need to table corrections, is the table connected to the Mother form and DB connection enabled ?
