I have some strange problem when trying to build the form, as the toolbox appears below form and after some "boxes" it is running lower. See the atachmment to get the picture!
Any ideas why this is happening ?

This problem sounds rather familiar to me.
Are you using IE8? Try running it in IE7 compatibility mode!

I am using Firefox. I tried it in IE with same results.
Why the toolbox in not placed on the right as it used to be?
I am trying to find out the solution two days now, I uninstalled and installed the newer version but the problem is still there.

Is this FF on PC or Mac ? which FF version ? this never happens here! I have seen it on Ie8 though as Peter mentioned and its fixed when you enable the compatibility mode, it should work fine by default in IE8 starting from the coming release!

I get this too on FF on Mac and on Safari on Mac if this helps.

Also get it on Firefox 3.0.15, it's quite a funny bug... made my day🙂
