How to start with ChronoForm

I have installed this component but i do not know how can i add content in this component which i can see in the front end
Can anyone assist me.

the component in the image is ChronoComments, you need to get Chronoforms, open our downloads area then Choose Chronoforms > J1.5 files > component >
