I'm trying to restore a form on a brand new installation. In attempting I'm getting a "UPLAOD FAILED: 0 " error, which seems to indicate that my folder permissions are incorrect. Can someone clarify which permissions on which folders I need to have?

Thanks for trying to clarify. Permission changes to the "Cache" folder didn't do the trick unfortunately. Any other ideas?

try administrator/cache too
make sure its writable by Juoomla
search the forums for "cache", the solution is posted many times and I think some users had special cases which may help you here!
