Hi A-jay,

It looks as though you don't have any emails set up for your form.

Please check the Email tutorial from the menu above.

Hi Bob, I think I did setup an email:
To: external@email.com
Subject: Etc Etc
From name: My Joomla admin name
From mail: Internal_excisting@mysite
The green frame apears!

I did find this setting. I think this is the wrong way around. Where do I change this setting?
Enabled:0
Disabled:1

Hi A-jay,

Check the Email setting on the General Tab

>>> Please check the Email tutorial from the menu above.

I didn't find anything unusual in the General tab. And changing some settings didn't seem to affect the enabled/disabled.
However in the Setup Emails tab I noticed that the Email Properties are missing.

In short I am still unable to change this:Enabled:0 Disabled:1

Any suggestions? Next to reading the tutorial...

Hi A-Jay,

You need to set "Email the results ?" to "Yes" on the General Tab and Enable the Emails setup in the Properties. If the Properties box isn't showing then please clear your Browser cache and try again - or try a different browser.

Yes! Everything solved!

It turned out that the for enabeling the email setup you need to click one of the elements.
Because I didn't the properties bow wasn't visible.

problem solved
