problem when sending

hi,
i created a contact form, enabled email sending and enabled all email fields.
the form show but not sent, it gives this message :
There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management

can someone hint me a solution ?

Hi,

You need to publish the form

go to components-chrono forms- form management

in the form management you will see the form you created in the table look all the way right of the page you will see the "Publish" label it should have a green check.

If it has the red non published icon then just click on it to enable it

Hi,

I have created a contact form with Chrono and enabled mail. but everytime I try to send it gives me the error message#:
"There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management"
The contact for is Published so it must be the URL thing. I am no coder and have absolztely no idea where to link this.
can anyone please helm me

That doesn't sound right. How are you linking to the form? and what URL do you see when you have that message?

when I have From Manager it shows the link : "index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=contact-us" next to it. But when I click on it it says: "There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management", however the form is Published.

But very strangely when I go to my self made top menu bar "contact" it shows this link :"index.php?option=com_chronocontact&Itemid=70" and it opens it perfectly, however on submit it gives the same error as Above.

Just a hunch, but please try re-naming the form to contact_us or contactus (without the dash).

the hunch was right, took the dash out and the link worked, lets see if it sends mail....

Contact form dispays BUT it does nto send mail to anyone, not the client or the admin, is there anything else I need look at?

Hi Folks, I get this same problem. I just installed Chrono, am using an older version works fine in another joomla installation on the same domain. However appear to get this also... There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management .

This is the link I get when I go to the form online...
index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=tmbarfc

After Submitting I get the following url with the above mentioned statement.
index.php?option=com_chronocontact

All my fields are published and sending emails are enabled, linked to a database. I have read through all the other blogs and followed previous instructions. I even copied one the default forms and still no avail.

The Register Interest form there seems to work Ok so I don't see whay another one wouldn't?
