[ASK] Install Chronoform wasn't success.

I have downloaded ChronoForms_V3.1_RC5.1. I want to install it. After install, the installation was not success and the website is blank. I never install the previous version. What should i do?

Hi Dian,

It's hard to say. When you say that the website is blank is that the Front-end or the Back-end or both? Installing ChronoForms, even a failed installation, shouldn't affect the rest of your site.

You can uninstall ChronoForms manually by using FTP to delete the administrator/components/com_chronocontact and components/com_chronocontact folders and then using PHPMyAdmin to remove the single chronoforms entry from the jos_components table.
