Problems saving after upgrade 3.1 RC5 -> 3.1 RC5.1

I upgraded from RC5 to RC5.1. As instructed i did not uninstall the previous version.
Now i am unable to create forms using the wizard.

At first i got "store failed - Unknown column 'theme' in 'field list'" so i ran the 'Upgrade SQL' page.
Now i get "store failed - Unknown column 'replytoname' in 'field list' "

Uninstalling and reinstalling fixes the issue but the download page says emphatically to not uninstall.

If you have V3.1 RC3, RC4, RC4.11 or RC5 installed then DO NOT uninstall, just use this automatic first time/upgrade pack which will upgrade the versions mentioned earlier to RC5.1
