hi,
i have my form up and running, the form submits and emails ... life is beautiful ...

i have the info going to the database ... however ...

i have created the columns, and the information from the form doesn't populate the table ...

any suggestions on what i need to look at to fix this problem?

Have you enabled the connection on the DB Connection tab?
