Required fields problem in Internet Explorer

I am having an issue where required fields are not being required in Internet Explorer. If someone hits 'enter' while filling out fields in IE, it will allow the form to go through even if the required fields are not completed. In other browsers, it works fine. I'm using the standard field requirement class that came with the component.

Your template is loading the Prototype JavaScript framework which is not compatible with the MooTools framework that Joomla and ChronoForms use. It's probably a bonus that the validation works in other browsers!
