Hey,
So close to going live I can taste it - then whammo...
1 - I do not show the GD Lib as being active when I go to SYSTEM>SYSTEM INFO> PHP.
2 - It does not appear between FTP and GETTEXT.
3 - Nor do the parameters appear in the form manager when I click on a form and go to "Anti Spam"
4 - So I wrote the IT gent at my client and asked if he would install it or turn it on and whatever has to happen.
5 - He wrote back and said when he tried to install it - it said it was already present. But none of my verifications above would seem to suggest that.
6 - They are using PHP Version 5.2.4-2ubuntu5.6
What can I tell him or is there something that needs to be done to make it appear? As I don't have the knowledge to solve the issue.
Help! thanks.

Hi cb1,
if its installed then it should appear in the PHP info file, tell him that! try to restart the web server!
do you access to the ubuntu ? open the packages manager (I think this is what its called) and check for updates then update and then restart the webserver (apache) and recheck!
