I am making a website on ixwebhosting server using joomla and have made forms using chronoforms. I have enabled data storage using DB connection tab but still no data is getting stored in the table connected to the form and also the redirect url is not working. The name of my form is place_order and after clicking on submit I get the blank screen with this url in address bar : index.php?option=com_chronocontact&task=send&chronoformname=place_order
Could you please help me in solving this problem...Its kind of urgent!!!

On the Autogenerated Tab please set the "Saving Data/Emails order:" to "After Emails" - when it is set to "Before Emails" it will only run if Emails are turned On in the General Tab.

have changed it to after email but still not working. These forms are working perfectly fine on localhost server but now i am trying to use these forms on commercial domain name. So is there any problem with my server??...could you suggest what the problem can be? is there any facility which is off on my server??

which version is this? are you sure you still have the table at the commercial server ? did you move the whole database ?

I agree with Max, you probably need to use the 'Create Table' icon again on the commercial server - or backup and restore the Database table from the test server.

I am working directly on server. Have installed Joomla there and chronoforms and doing work from scratch..!!!...Have created the table using create table option and have cheched the database on the server. Table is being created in jos_ folder of server. But still data is not getting stored and after submit am not taken to redirect url??!!...please help as i am totally clueless about the possible errors!!!!!

I was off for some day,s I suggest you install RC5.1 and do a form from scratch and let me know if it doesn't work!
