I use the title in fields to make my own messages for required / validated fields.

However, the title isn't used on file input fields. It then takes the standard mootools text.

How can I make this work on these fields?

Which version of ChronoForms are you using? As far as I can see the current release should treat a required 'file' input the same as a required 'text' input.
