Backlink still there after installing the patches

I have the license and installed all the patches that where in the zip file.
But the backlink is still showing.
I have put the patch in, joomlasite/components/com_chronocontact
Tried everything, but out of options now.

De backlink is gone now, but the form doesnt look good anymore.
I have attached a picture, the left side is the one whit the license, the right side whitout the licence, whit the original chronocontact.html.php

What am i doing wrong?

Hi ron,

the patch version should match the installed version, if you have RC5.1 then there is new license key and no need for patches!
