backgound pic goes where?

i have a form with a background image. where in my files should i upload the picture to? thanks

It doesn't matter a great deal - {root}/images is a generally a good location for content images or {root}/templates/{template_name}/images for styling images.

Just make sure that you have a good path to it in your html or css.
