Email settings not saving

Hello,

I cannot save my email settings.
I have all required fields filled, its green.
Enabled: yes.
I click apply and nothing happens, I click save, but nothing happens.
Only if I click cancel, then it goes back to forms management.

It wasn't working in FF, tried in IE, and the thing saved, it sent out the email!
