Is it possible to use chrono form to do a sort of survey/quiz...

I want to ask 20 questions that have a set of radio buttons for each to rank a response 1-5
then at the end ad up the score - so 20 questions 1-5 response for each equals a possible score of 20 up to 100

THEN display a 'result' depending on the total - ie if its between 20-50 say xxx 51-80 say yyyy and 81-100 say zzz

nothing needs to be emailed or anything fancy like that.

any ideas? an example of what I mean is here.....

Yes, that's possible, it's been done before. You'll need a little JavaScript to calculate the score and display it.
